Concierge / Receptionist

Join HumanGood community as a Concierge/Receptionist supporting our senior living residents and guests. You will warmly greet and assist visitors, manage a busy front desk, answer and route calls, schedule appointments, and support resident requests with courtesy and professionalism. In this mission-driven role, you’ll coordinate deliveries, maintain visitor logs, provide information about services and activities, and collaborate with care and hospitality teams to ensure a safe, welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to exceptional service for older adults.
