ROLE SUMMARY:

Be a part of of the Anheuser-Busch Brewery Experience at our Biergarten. As a Porter, you have the opportunity to be a part of our core restaurant team. Our Porters help ensure safe operation in the kitchen, and have the opportunity to work closely with all of the kitchen staff.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Receive food inventory and place in dry storage, walk in coolers, and/or freezers; organize storage areas.

• Job Shadow Line Cooks.
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glasses, pots, pans, tableware and other cooking

utensils and put in dishwasher. * Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cook's line and put away all other clean dishes when dry.

• Take out all trash from trash receptacles.
• Must keep a clean, stocked, and tidy workspace.
• Flexible with job responsibilities and able to multi-task.
• Other responsibilities as directed by the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Previous dishwashing experience preferred.
