This is an on-site Dishwasher/Server position located in Shrewsbury, MO. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing cold bar items, serving and assisting priests in the dining room, and washing dishes on a rotating schedule. They will keep the kitchen and dining room safe, sanitary, and well-organized. They will ensure that food served is of high quality and service is provided with compassion, patience, and respect.

This is a full-time position with approximately 40 hours per week average. Benefits, including health insurance and paid time off, are available. Minimum Age Requirement: 21 years old. Skills and Attitudes Needed for Success: Food Handler Certification a plus. Prior food preparation experience, preferably in a commercial setting. Knowledge of food preparation and presentation. Familiarity with food safety and sanitation guidelines. Ability to follow recipes and par levels and work independently. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible schedule and availability. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to be gentle and compassionate in communicating with retired priests. Provide excellent customer service, especially during mealtimes. Work well with executive chef, kitchen team, administrator, and other team members at Regina Cleri Community.
