Manufacturing Operators – Multiple Openings

Join Stanley Black & Decker and help manufacture products for some of the world's most recognized brands, including DEWALT, CRAFTSMAN, STANLEY, BLACK+DECKER, IRWIN, and LENOX. We're hiring dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our manufacturing team in East Longmeadow.

Multiple Openings Available

• Composite Straightener Operator
• Finish Straightening Operator
• Setting Operator
• Coatings Operator
• Carbide Grind Operator
• Holesaw Weld Operator
• Temper Operator
• Auto Finishing Operator
• Milling Operator
• Punching Operator
• Finished Wire Operator
• Material Handling / Production Support

Pay

$21.00–$22.00 per hour (based on position and shift)

Schedules

Multiple schedules are available, including:

• 1st Shift
• 2nd Shift
• Overnight Shifts
• Four-day workweeks (select positions)

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
• Set up machines and perform changeovers
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Use measuring tools such as gauges and micrometers
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Complete production documentation and basic computer transactions

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience with CNC equipment, welding, forklifts, SAP, or precision measuring tools is a plus for select positions
