Key Qualifications:

• Valid PA certifications permitting work with children required
• Experience supporting students with high-level special needs is preferred

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support, guidance, and supervision for a student, ensuring safety and engagement throughout the school day
• Assist students in classroom participation, daily tasks, and social integration
• Implement individualized education and behavior plans with support from teachers and specialists
• Participate in team meetings and contribute observations on student progress
• Encourage independence and self-advocacy skills in students
