Brookside Properties is hiring a driven Community Manager to take the lead at a well-established multifamily community in Knoxville.

If you’re a hands-on leader who can drive performance, support your team, and deliver an exceptional resident experience, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily operations of a multifamily apartment community
Lead and develop leasing and maintenance teams
Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident satisfaction
Manage budgets, collections, and NOI
Ensure Fair Housing compliance and operational excellence
Partner with leadership to hit financial and performance goals

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of multifamily experience
Previous Community/Property Manager experience required
Strong leadership and financial management skills
Renovation or lease-up experience is a plus
