Project Manager (Licensee Onboarding)

About the Role The Project Manager in this role will coordinate activities needed to prepare a Licensed MRO facility to perform maintenance on Woodward LRUs. The role will manage onboarding activities, schedule training and correlations, support tooling procurement, and coordinate initial provisioning efforts. The Project Manager will work across internal and external teams to track readiness tasks, remove barriers, and help ensure the licensee is prepared to begin maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities Lead projects. Mentor Project Coordinators. Accountable for project results. Accountable for project artifacts (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, etc.). Lead project meetings and reviews. Accountable for project gates and deliverables. Key Skills Leadership (Empathy, Influence, Mentoring) Time Management / Prioritization: manage schedules, set milestones, ensure timely delivery. Communication: convey project information to stakeholders, team members, and sponsors. Stakeholder Management (upward): engage stakeholders, address concerns, secure buy‑in. Risk Management: identify, analyze, mitigate risks; develop contingency plans. Problem‑Solving: analyze situations, identify solutions, make informed decisions. Budget Management: estimate, allocate, and manage project budgets; monitor financial performance. Team Management (cross‑functional/matrix): foster trust, accountability, open communication; encourage collaboration. Scope (Change) Management: adjust plans, define and control scope; manage change requests. Technical Project Management Skills: solid methodology knowledge (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid), use of tools (Planisware, Jira, etc.), WBS and Gantt charts. Qualifications This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
