Treasury Management Officer

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Treasury Management Manager the Treasury Management Officer's primary responsibility is to support the Bank's clientele with the Treasury Management needs and provide support for Online Banking, ACH Electric Wire Originations, Lockbox, Debit Card Orders, Bill Pay, Opening New Accounts, Cas Vault Services, RDS and Credit Cards. This position is highly involved in external client support calls in answering questions and problem resolution of the Bank's Treasury Management products and services.

Qualifications:

• A minimum education level of a High School diploma. College degree preferred.
• 4-5 years of general banking exp., including Treasury Management Support and knowledge and experience with bank core processing software.
• Possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of financial institution policies and procedures
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel with strong presentation skills.
• Proven microcomputer skills. Must be proficient in Word and Excel. Well organized, flexible and follow the Banks Core Values
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
