Compounding Pharmacist in Greensboro, NC

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to most effectively meet individual patient needs.

• Prepare and dispense compounded prescriptions, including sterile and non-sterile medications.

. Maintain accurate patient records and manage inventory.

• Provide expert pharmaceutical care and advice to patients to ensure optimum health outcomes.

• Assist in training and supervision of technician staff.

Work Hours

• Day shifts.

• 9:00 am - 7:00 pm and every third Saturday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.

• 30-minute lunch breaks.

Experience

• 1 to 2 years of pharmacy experience.

Education

• Open to new grads who have a passion for compounding.

Other Qualifications

• Current and valid North Carolina Pharmacist License.

- Familiarity with USP 795, 797, and 800 standards for compounding.

- Familiarity with retail pharmacy operations and prescription processing.
