• Scrutinize test results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Aid in specimen collection and prepare samples for further examination when necessary.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all processes, mentor new staff or students, and help maintain the highest quality standards within the lab.
• Foster a safe, clean working environment while strictly following regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your career at our facility.
