GTM People Partner - NYC | Strategy & Leadership Coaching
Profound
Profound is seeking an exceptional People Partner to support our Go-to-Market organization from the NYC office. You'll partner with GTM leadership to shape people strategy, advise managers, and manage performance, compensation, and policy interpretation in a fast-moving, high-growth SaaS environment. You'll own HR cycles, analyze GTM metrics, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on headcount and hiring strategy, while driving change management and leadership development across the GTM teams.
