Inventory Team Member

The Inventory Team Member is responsible for proper ordering, organization, rotation, and handling of all operational inventory. Activities will strive toward food-safe, orderly, and cost-effective movement of all products on their journey from the back door all the way to the guest.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Place daily inventory orders

2. Receive daily inventory deliveries

a. Must be able to repeatedly lift cases up to 50 lbs

3. Execute inventory organization and rotation

4. Procure product when shortages arise

5. Track and approve all inventory transfers as assigned

6. Actively manage inventory items as assigned

7. Submit and Manage product credits as assigned

8. Help perform end of month inventory counts

9. Facilitate inventory functions of all Rollouts/Seasonal Items

10. Additional tasks as assigned by operator

a. Hold an operational position at least from 11:00 – 2:00. Function as shift lead or team lead as necessary and appropriate.

b. Help breakfast operations when urgent needs arise

c. Scheduled and assigned cleaning tasks

Job Specifications

• Inventory Shifts start as early as 5:15 AM

• Work at least 4 daily hours of daily administrative time to accomplish duties.

• Work at least 3 daily hours of daily operational time to support the team.

• Work 3-5 shifts per week, Monday through Saturday.
