Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or active Clinical Fellowship accepted
• Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
• Experienced in serving pediatric populations, ideally in a school environment
• Strong collaborative skills and a student-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate, detailed records while adhering to school and federal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to student planning, and provide training or resources as needed
• Engage in ongoing professional development to ensure evidence-based practices
