Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Providence, Rhode Island

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP state license (eligible for CCC or currently completing CFY; SLPAs are not eligible)
• Bilingual fluency required (Spanish/English highly preferred)
• Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience strongly valued
• Comfortable delivering therapy both in person and via teletherapy platforms
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic assessments and individualized therapy services for students with speech-language needs
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Offer support and guidance to families and staff to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting
• Adapt strategies to meet the needs of a diverse, multicultural student body
• Work two days per week, with flexibility to schedule sessions on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday
