Position Medication Partner – Full Time Location: Battlefield, Missouri Starting wage: $17.50–$23.00 per hour Shift Schedule: Week 1 – Tuesday, Thursday, Friday Week 2 – Monday, Saturday, Sunday 7am‑7pm Responsibilities Advocate of Empathy: create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments. Maintain medication carts and proper record‑keeping. Proactive: assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, oral care). Qualifications At least 18 years of age. Appropriately certified per state guidelines with active credential. High school diploma or equivalent. Professional in appearance and conduct. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with co‑workers. Read, write, and communicate in English. Positive and energetic attitude toward residents. Computer skills for printing documents and entering information. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day; lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall. Criminally cleared. Physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks; health screening within six months, free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of screening and annually thereafter.
