About Us: We are a licensed Homecare Agency based in Morristown, NJ, serving clients in Morris and Union counties by providing licensed caregivers and companions to elderly and/or disabled adults. Position Overview: We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a field-based role focused on building referral relationships and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, networking, and driving growth through meaningful partnerships. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain referral sources • Generate and close new leads • Conduct outreach including cold calling and regular visits to potential referral sources • Plan and attend community events • Track performance and submit weekly reports • Manage your own schedule and territory Skills & Qualifications: • Comfortable with cold calling and in-person marketing visits with potential referral sources • Strong relationship-building and networking skills • Excellent time management and organization • Confident communicator with public speaking ability • Results-oriented, assertive, and competitive • Ability to handle rejection professionally Requirements: • Sales/marketing experience or marketing degree • Healthcare experience is a plus (not required) • Valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursed) • Full-time availability Compensation & Growth: • Base salary + generous commission/bonus structure • Generous performance-based incentives • Ongoing coaching, training, and professional development opportunities
