Quality Analyst Lead | Salesforce job at Dahl Consulting. Minnetonka, MN. Contract Duration: 6 months, with potential to extend Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI | Hybrid Compensation: $87,000 - $136,000 annually What you will do as a Quality Analyst Lead: Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies for complex Salesforce initiatives, including Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Drive all aspects of testing: functional, non-functional, regression, exploratory, UI, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to embed quality throughout the delivery process Provide leadership and guidance to automation specialists, reducing manual testing and catching issues early Manage defect tracking and resolution while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders Mentor and guide a team of 10–20 QA professionals, promoting best practices and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements while tracking progress through dashboards and QA tools Introduce and leverage emerging AI technologies to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy What you will bring to the Quality Analyst Lead role: 5+ years of software quality assurance experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or senior role Deep knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, especially within Salesforce environments Strong background in Agile/Scrum development practices Excellent communication and leadership skills with proven ability to mentor and guide teams Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and QA in highly regulated industries such as health care or insurance Experience with performance and security testing tools ISTQB or similar QA certification As an equal opportunity employer, Dahl Consulting welcomes candidates of all backgrounds and experiences to apply.
