The registered nurse in the Telemetry department works a night shift from 1830 to 0700, providing safe, compassionate, and therapeutic patient care using the nursing process and departmental policies. Responsibilities Demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking, understand organizational policies, and collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications New RN graduates or RNs in good standing, licensed in Arkansas; BSN preferred. Apply basic skills to meet care standards and function as full partners within the interdisciplinary team. CPR certification required; some areas may require additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NALS, with training provided.
