The registered nurse in the 9B-Cardiac department is responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and therapeutic patient care using the nursing process and organizational policies. They must demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and knowledge of departmental and organizational workflows to support positive patient outcomes. New RN graduate or licensed RN in Arkansas, with a preference for BSN. Makes use of basic nursing skills to meet care standards and collaborates effectively within an interdisciplinary team. CPR certification is required; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NALS may be required in some areas, which are provided. Specialty units offer specific educational opportunities.
