We look forward to learning more about you!What You'll Do:Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluationsExecute a treatment plan through excellent counseling and educationRecommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient's needsAssist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reportingMaintain confidentiality of all business and patient informationAdherence to company policies and proceduresMay also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living eventsWhat You'll Need:Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patientsMasters or Doctorate in AudiologyBilingual in Spanish or Chinese preferred but not mandatoryActive CA Dispensing license or eligible for licensurePatient-centered approach with great listening skillsStrong communication skills and ability to influence othersDesire to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team of professionalsFlexible and adaptable; open to change and feedbackWhat We Offer:Base Salary: $50-$60/hour plus commission potential
