Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts for plumbing systems. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to set up tooling and fixtures. Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines to ensure parts meet tolerance requirements. Document production data, quality findings, and corrective actions in the shop floor system. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or mechanical engineering preferred. Basic understanding of CNC programming and operation. Proficiency with measurement tools and quality inspection techniques. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
