We're currently seeking a passionate and skilled Mold Tech to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high‑quality, engineered solutions to customers worldwide. In this role you will be responsible for producing parts that meet all customer specifications at or below standard cost, in a clean and safe environment. Job Type Full-time Shift 3rd Shift Hours 5 pm to 5 am Responsibilities Work in a work center(s) environment related to fabrication of products, being responsible for cleanliness and condition of all equipment and space. Be knowledgeable of work center set‑up procedures and understand all aspects of part process, including process adjustments, automation, major & minor inspection criteria, and troubleshooting. Use the Production Monitoring System (Mattec or equivalent) and Press Package Documents to support the collection of accurate and timely data. Collaborate with QA, Mold Repair, Automation, Maintenance, Planning, Warehouse, and other departments to troubleshoot processes and ensure all internal and external requirements are met. For highly complicated processes, coordinate necessary resources to complete troubleshooting. Ensure quality of parts produced within the work center(s) by utilizing required inspection devices and procedures, including visual inspection. Promote safety, cleanliness, and process policies/procedures throughout the company, monitor auxiliary equipment and molding machines for proper working order. Stay current on new departmental technologies through magazines, industry events, seminars, and other resources. Requirements Good analytical and problem‑solving skills. Driven self‑starter who works with little supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi‑task and set priorities. Team player who can interact effectively with all departments. Proficient PC skills. ISO/QS/TS knowledge preferred. Adaptability to changing responsibilities and shifting priorities. Bilingual skills preferred.
