Job Title: 2nd Shift Order Puller

Pay: $20-$21/hour

Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday – Friday)

As a 2nd Shift Order Puller, you'll play a vital role in fulfilling customer orders, loading shipments, and supporting warehouse workflows. You'll work closely with team leaders to ensure products are picked accurately and shipped on time.

What You’ll Do

As an Order Puller, you will be responsible for:

• • Accurately selecting, picking, and preparing orders for shipment using RF scanners.
• • Loading outbound trailers efficiently and safely within the shipping department.
• • Operating a forklift occasionally to support order movement and loading operations.
• • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with safety standards.
• • Performing general warehouse duties as directed by leadership to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• • Prior order pulling and picking experience in a warehouse environment.
• • Hands-on experience using RF scanners for inventory and order tracking.
• • Experience working within shipping and loading trailers.
• • Forklift experience (sit-down or stand-up) is a plus, but not required.
• • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, with overtime as needed.
• • Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen prior to start.
• • Open to participating in an on-site interview as part of the hiring process.

Location & Schedule:

This role is on-site in Costa Mesa, working full-time during the afternoon shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with mandatory overtime as workload demands.
