Outreach Admissions Representative

The Outreach Admissions Representative supports student enrollment by managing prospective student leads, conducting interviews, and providing program guidance, following the policies and training established by the Department of Admissions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach calls and digital communications to manage assigned prospective student leads.
• Represent Northbridge University at regional college/career fairs (up to 60% travel) and graduation ceremonies.
• Interview prospective students to evaluate interest and qualifications, consulting with the Registrar as needed.
• Provide program information and recommend qualified applicants for admission.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interviews, enrollments, and required documentation (diplomas, GED transcripts).

Requirements

• Associate degree required.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.
• Persuasive, results-oriented communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Up to 60% regional travel; must reside in Florida with a dedicated home workspace and reliable internet.
• Proprietary school representative experience is a plus.
