PURE HomeRiver Property Management is seeking Field Assessors who travel between properties to assess conditions, deploy lockboxes, and verify vacancies. This role is not a desk job; you’ll be on the move, following a defined process and documenting your work with accuracy. You should have a high school diploma and 2+ years in property management or maintenance, with knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
