Date: Jul 21, 2026 Location: Fort Worth, TX, US General Overview Functional Area : Supply Chain Management (SCM) Career Stream : Purchasing (SCM_PUR) Role : Manager 2 Job Title : Manager, Supply Chain Purchasing 2 Job Code : MG2-SCM-PUR Job Level : Level 10 Direct/Indirect Indicator : Indirect Detailed Description Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following: Manage one to two indirect categories, representing approximately $50M of spend. Develop and execute strategic category plans (40% strategic planning, 60% hands‑on execution). Drive savings initiatives and optimize spend under management. Improve procurement cycle times for assigned categories. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of indirect procurement processes. Travel globally approximately 10% of the time. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a global, fast‑paced environment. Demonstrated ability to drive results and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Ivalua is a plus. Typical Experience 3-5 years of specific experience in category management. Typical Education Bachelor’s degree in related field (Commerce, Engineering), or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
