In this role you will lead automation project to streamline processing for Jack Henry’s Credit Union Hosted environment (EASE). A primary focus will be building all necessary automated processes for clients moving to EASE. This position offers remote flexibility within a 70-mile radius of any of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity. What you’ll be responsible for: Managing up to six onboarding projects concurrently Each project is six months long with one client going live each month Ensuring all project deadlines are met Coordinating and communicating between clients and other Jack Henry departments working on the assigned projects Managing all automation for the first few weeks of the client’s onboarding Troubleshooting and fixing issues in a timely manner Identifying departmental process improvements Improving process documentation May perform other job duties as assigned. What you’ll need to have: Minimum of 18 months of experience in IT or software experience. What would be nice for you to have: Industry experience (Credit Union) IT experience Symitar experience OpCon experience FTP experience. Personal Traits: Self-Starter Strong analytical skills.
