About Marpa Minds Marpa Minds is the regional leader in SPRAVATO® — the only FDA-approved esketamine treatment for depression — with clinics in Westchester and Rockland. We help patients with treatment-resistant depression find lasting relief, and we make the referral process seamless for the providers who send them to us. About the Role This is a full-time, field-based role owning referral growth across Westchester and Rockland County. You'll build and manage relationships with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, therapists, and mental-health practices, introduce them to SPRAVATO® as a referral option for their treatment-resistant patients, and turn those relationships into a consistent referral stream. You'll report directly to the CEO and own your territory. This is an outside role — you'll spend your time in front of providers, not behind a desk. Local travel across the region is expected. Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and mental-health practices Introduce and educate providers and their staff on SPRAVATO® treatment Convert provider introductions into steady, repeatable referrals Manage ongoing communication with referral partners Plan and run outreach and provider-education sessions What We're Looking For Existing relationships within the Westchester/Rockland (or northern NJ) medical community A proven track record of turning cold provider introductions into consistent referrals Background in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, or provider relations Credibility to engage MDs and Clinical Directors as a peer Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-directed and comfortable managing your own territory and schedule Compensation $100,000–$150,000 base salary, depending on experience and existing network, plus performance bonuses and commission.
