Job Title Roustabout / Bolt-Up Hand Location Offshore - Cook Inlet Reports to Project Superintendent Salary Range $24 - $30 DOE Schedule 2 x 1 Responsibilities Use and care of tools and equipment commonly employed on industrial construction sites. Assist journeyman in maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and construction of industrial equipment systems found in an industrial or commercial environment. Serve as a bolt-up hand. Comply with all safety policies and handbooks, lead and educate fellow employees in safe work ethics, practices, and behaviors. Perform tasks as directed by journeymen or supervisors. Contribute to Udelhoven's "Incident Free Culture" by participating in morning safety meetings, Task Hazard Analysis forms, and Work Observation programs. Use Stop Work Authority. Qualifications Basic knowledge of hand tools. Basic writing and mathematical skills. Willingness to take instruction and work in a team setting. Preferred certifications: NSTC, TWIC, OSHA-10. Preferred experience in civil or mechanical construction. Preferred experience with offshore operations or oil & gas experience. Education High school diploma or GED. Additional Qualifying Factors As a condition of employment, you are required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, and have acceptable references and background check.
