Schedule 2 x 1 What You Will Do Udelhoven is a company that is backed by our integrity, professionalism, and quality. We believe the team is better than any one individual, and as a team we strive for excellence. We are looking for a roustabout with a high level of expertise and experience. The roustabout will be responsible for the use and care of tools and equipment commonly employed on industrial construction sites as well as assisting the journeyman in maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and construction of industrial equipment systems found in an industrial or commercial environment. They will also serve as a bolt-up hand. Qualifications What You Will Need (minimum qualifications): Complies with all safety policies and the applicable safety handbooks, leads, and educates fellow employees in safe work ethics, practices, and behaviors. Performs tasks as directed by journeymen or supervisors. Contributes to Udelhoven’s “Incident Free Culture” by getting involved in morning safety meetings, Task Hazard Analysis forms, and Work Observation programs. Use STOP WORK AUTHORITY. Basic knowledge of hand tools. Possess basic writing and mathematical skills. Willingness to take instruction and work in a team setting. Preferred certifications: NSTC, TWIC, and OSHA-10. Skills Experience in civil or mechanical construction, preferred. Experience with offshore operations or oil & gas experience. Education High school diploma or GED. Supervisory Responsibilities No supervisory responsibilities. Additional Qualifying Factors As a condition of employment, you are required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable references and background check.
