Manage payroll, billing, and accounts payable processes. Support HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining personnel files. Coordinate new hire orientations and training compliance. Handle rent collection, deposits, and financial reporting. Track occupancy and resident move‑ins and move‑outs. Supervise front desk and office staff, ensuring great customer service. Maintain accurate and confidential resident and associate records. Assist the Executive Director with administrative and financial support. Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members. What You’ll Need High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 2+ years of related experience required. Prior office management or human resources and/or billing experience. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software. Ability to learn new software systems such as HRIS, ATS, and LMS platforms. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer‑service mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team. Understanding of senior living operations and sensitivity to residents' needs.
