Job TitleRequired SkillsSharePoint SPFx Microsoft Copilot Studio Location preference: Local to GR to come into office IF needed. Michigan and U.S. Remote.Job Duties - What You'll Be Doing:Designs, codes, tests, and implements programs primarily using SPFx for SharePoint solutions; develops system documentation according to SAFe Agile principles and industry standards.SharePoint administration of the environment, sites, and work with site owners on the best practices for site ownership.Work with technical product owner for SharePoint, OneDrive, ShareGate etc.Performs unit tests, monitors results, and takes required corrective actions as needed.Assists in the overnight deployment of applications.Assists product owners in systems analysis and creation of documentation for all business processes.Coordinates structured walk throughs, secure coding, and technical reviews ensuring application coding and design follows secure coding and design principles.Assists in the production support and maintenance of applications as needed.Actively participates in all team Agile ceremoniesJob Requirements - What You Bring With You (Qualifications):More than 5 years hands on development experience with SharePoint and SPFxMust have: SharePoint administration & SPFx development experiencePreferred Product Knowledge: Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure Open AI API, and Azure Data factoryExperience with creating and managing custom webparts in SharePoint sites and integrations using APIsFunctional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:Strong knowledge of development tools, coding languages, SQL and testing.Additional proficiency - React,.NET8/Azure Function Apps, CosmosDBStrong knowledge and understanding of structured analysis and technical design techniques.Strong knowledge of database management and file access methods is desirable.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills.
