A Taco Bell Food Champion, also known as a Team Member, prepares food, takes orders, and provides customer service. They are responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience and maintaining food safety standards.Responsibilities
- Customer service : Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments
- Food preparation : Prepare food ingredients, assemble orders, and package products
- Food safety : Maintain food safety standards and check food temperatures
- Cleanliness : Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communication : Communicate with team members and customers
- Menu knowledge : Be an expert on the menu and promotions
- Be at least 16 years old
- Have reliable transportation
- Be a team player
- Be committed to customer satisfaction
- Have good communication skills
- Be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Have a food handler's certificate
- Be safety-focused, punctual, and respectful
