Back of House Team Member

Job Type
Part-time
- Prepare orders according to recipes and standards.
- Work with sharp knives and kitchen tools at a rapid pace.
- Handle cooked meats and hot items (150°F or higher).
- Stock cold and hot products on the serving line as needed.
- Load and unload cooking and baking utensils.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Adhere to all company food safety, health, and sanitation policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or General Manager.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (in compliance with labor laws).
- Previous foodservice or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow directions, work as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and quality.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to walk, stand, and move for the majority of the shift.
- Ability to work in a hot environment around ovens, smokers, and grills.
- Manual dexterity to handle knives and cooking equipment safely.
- Ability to bend, reach, and stoop while performing job functions.
