Senior Supervisor Corporate Security (Pharmaceutical)

Senior Supervisor Corporate Security role at Bristol Myers Squibb's Manati, Puerto Rico manufacturing site. Oversees contracted security personnel and manages comprehensive security programs including investigations, asset protection, and compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise contracted security guards; ensure contractual obligations are met
• Manage security programs including investigations, asset protection, product accountability, and information protection
• Conduct periodic facility inspections and coordinate keys control program
• Prepare weekly written reports on security activities, achievements, and operational conditions
• Participate in cross-functional teams and security meetings; coordinate with EHS, Finance, and QC departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, science, or business administration
• Five years' security, police, or military experience; at least three years in industrial environment
• General knowledge of governmental regulations, GMPs, and relevant guidelines
• Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency, written and verbal
• Knowledge of computer systems and ability to identify problems and develop solutions
• Law enforcement or investigations background preferred

Compensation: $75,210 - $91,134 base
