Job Overview The Clinic Charge Nurse oversees day-to-day clinical operations, including patient flow, triage, staff supervision, and quality monitoring. This role supports medical assistants and caregivers, manages scheduling and timecards, ensures compliance with protocols, and maintains clinic inventory. The position is approximately 70–80% administrative and 20–30% clinical, requiring strong leadership, multitasking, and collaboration with providers to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
