Registered Nurse (RN) in RehabilitationJob Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years License: RN Certifications: BLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: - Acute experience in rehabilitation nursing. - Proven ability to work with patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. - Warm and welcoming personality with leadership capabilities.Description: This is a state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of a severe injury or illness. The rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. Customized and intense rehabilitation is tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from various medical conditions. The hospital strives to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. The facility is accredited for its comprehensive integrated inpatient rehabilitation program and specialty programs. This position involves working in a 50-bed capacity unit with a patient ratio of 1:7. Equipment utilized includes IV pumps, EKG machines, bariatric beds, and medication dispensing systems.
