Per Diem Endocrinologist (Haitian Creole Speaking). Job Location: Princeton, NJ (Telemedicine). Job Type: Per Diem, 1099 contract. Pay Rate: $140/hr for telemedicine. (Must be licensed in New Jersey). Full Description VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Endocrinologist to provide diabetes management programs in the New Jersey area. The Physician will work directly with pre-diabetic or early-stage diabetes patients on a multi-week program to help improve their wellness and lifestyle. Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care. Responsibilities: Provide diabetes management program to patients based on our program guideline. Consult with patients to understand their health concerns especially around diabetes. Educate patients around healthy eating and lifestyle. Educate patients around glucose monitoring. Requirements: MD or DO degree. Minimum 3-5 years of work experience following post graduate training. Must have current NJ license. Compact license or multiple state license strongly preferred. Must be Creole Speaking. Background in preventive care and endocrinology. Experience with diabetes management. Preventive medicine oriented. Patient education driven. Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
