New Mexico Licensed Genetic Counselor

To support a laboratory in Santa Fe, NM, the full-time remote New Mexico Licensed Genetic Counselor will provide expertise in genetic testing, coordinate testing processes, and communicate results to healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities Provide subject matter expertise about genetic testing for clients Review incoming prenatal and postnatal specimens to ensure appropriate testing and essential patient information Coordinate prenatal molecular and non-molecular testing, including specimen management and reporting results Required qualifications Master's degree in Human Genetics or Genetic Counseling ABGC board certification or active candidate status New Mexico state license in Genetic Counseling or ability to obtain prior to start date
