We are seeking a dedicated contract waiter / waitress to join our team in Glen Allen, VA. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests promptly.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down events as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
