HR Generalist | Cincinnati, OH | Full-Time One of our clients is hiring an HR Generalist to support a range of people functions across talent management, culture, and internal communications. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants broad exposure and room to grow. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle — onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between Assisting with recruiting efforts, from coordinating interviews to managing candidate pipelines Contributing to performance management processes, including reviews and goal-tracking Helping maintain and strengthen company culture through internal programs and communications Partnering with managers and employees to handle HR inquiries and ensure a positive workplace experience What You’ll Bring Minimum of 2 years of HR experience Familiarity with recruiting coordination and talent management processes Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A people-first mindset and genuine interest in HR as a craft Comfort working in a fast-paced, in-office environment Logistics Cincinnati, Ohio On-site, 5 days per week Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
