Technical Recruiter - Contract Role - Up to 6 Months

Ready to dive right in? SOCOTEC is looking for a contract Recruiter to make an immediate impact. As a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, you'll handle the recruitment cycle and build a strong candidate pipeline across several disciplines. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies. Leverage sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed to provide passive and active candidates. Deploy the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates. Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions. Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication. Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers. Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications. Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace. Ensures a seamless transition over to other HR team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Ability to provide insights on how to continuously improve the company’s ATS Performs other related duties as assigned Required Skills & Knowledge 5+ years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in technical roles a plus. Familiarity with best-in-class ATS such as iCIMS, ADP, Smart Recruiters, etc. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Smart Source a must. Knowledge of Architectural Engineering Consulting industry preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Impeccable follow-up and organizational skills required. Thorough understanding of screening and recruiting lifecycle best practices.
