Quality Engineer Senior Staff

Selmet, Inc., a leader in precision titanium castings for aerospace and defense, is seeking a Senior Staff Quality Engineer to drive product and process excellence at our Springfield, OR facility. In this on-site role, you will own quality engineering for complex titanium components, ensuring compliance to AS9100/ISO 9001 and demanding aerospace customer requirements. Responsibilities include leading root cause analysis, corrective actions, and MRB, developing and improving quality systems, partnering closely with engineering and production, and mentoring team members. You will champion continuous improvement, reduce defects, and support audits while contributing to a safety-focused, precision-driven, and collaborative culture.
