Manufacturing Quality Engineer
Selmet
Selmet is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to ensure our precision titanium aerospace castings meet rigorous customer and regulatory requirements. In this on-site role in Springfield, OR, you will develop and optimize quality plans, inspection methods, and control strategies across casting, machining, and finishing operations. You will lead root-cause analysis, drive corrective and preventive actions, and support AS9100 compliance and audits. Partnering closely with engineering and production teams, you will analyze data, apply SPC, and champion continuous improvement to enhance yield, reliability, and process capability in a high-tech aerospace environment.
