Machine Operator

$18.50 Per Hour

Offering 12-hour shifts, rotating schedules, and shift differentials, this position is perfect for candidates ready to power up their careers and start making an impact from day one .

Responsibilities:

• Operate copper wire bunching machinery to combine multiple wire strands to precise specifications 
• Monitor wire tension, alignment, and machine performance to ensure product quality and minimize downtime 
• Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting during production runs 
• Inspect finished wire products for defects, measurements, and compliance with production standards 
• Maintain accurate production records, quality checks, and downtime reports 
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards in a manufacturing environment 
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals 
• Lift, move, and handle wire spools and materials as needed in a fast-paced industrial setting 
• Follow all safety rules and participate in 5s
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts with rotating days off and shift rotation every 4 months  
• Prior manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred
• Candidate must submit to a clean background
