About the Role:
Join Spray-Net Boston Metro South as an Assistant Painter and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming homes with our innovative painting solutions. In this role, you'll support our expert painters and gain hands-on experience in the industry, all while contributing to a company that values quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead painters in preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
Ensure all equipment and work areas are maintained and cleaned after use.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project efficiency.
Attend training sessions to learn the Spray-Net way and enhance painting techniques and product knowledge.
Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment for job sites.
Play your part in blowing the customers’ minds! (Really, they are very impressed with our service, and it’s the best part of our job)
Learn to apply paint using spray equipment.

Requirements:

Language: English
Complete our online and on-site training program.
Not afraid of heights and ladder work
Experience in painting or construction is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality workmanship.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow directions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and tools.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of spray-applied painting methods is a bonus.
