Job Summary:
We are seeking an On-Call Front Desk Agent to assist with ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk activities on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries to support the overall guest experience.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work on short notice and during varied shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payment processing.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Assist with resolving guest issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area.
- Follow check-in and check-out procedures according to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols.
