Are you energetic, personable, and self-motivated? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as Field Marketing Agents. If you have experience in roles such as canvassing, bartending, customer service, real estate, waitstaff, or retail, and enjoy face-to-face interactions, this is the perfect opportunity to control your earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods to introduce and promote our home improvement services.
- Build relationships with prospects, answer questions, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Represent our company professionally and confidently in the field.

What We’re Looking For:

- Self-driven with a desire to earn between $45K and $95K per year through a combination of hourly pay, commission & monthly bonus
Ideal Backgrounds: We welcome applicants with experience in canvassing, bartending, customer service, real estate, waitressing, retail, or any role that involves direct interaction with people. No prior sales experience? No problem! If you have the right attitude and drive, we’ll provide the paid training you need to succeed.
This role is especially ideal for experienced sales professionals who are looking for a more stress-free, commission-based opportunity without the pressure of traditional sales roles.
