Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and site logistics to support schedule and budget objectives.
• Enforce safety standards, quality control procedures, and compliance with contract documents and applicable codes.
• Interpret plans and specifications, resolve field issues, and escalate project risks to leadership.
• Lead daily site meetings, track progress, and maintain accurate project logs, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, owners, and inspectors to deliver client-focused project results.
• Mentor field staff, support workforce planning, and promote a culture of integrity and accountability.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in commercial construction management and field supervision.
• Proven ability to manage construction schedules, site logistics, and project priorities.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and trade activities.
• Working knowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety practices.
• Experience managing quality control, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Strong construction documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Budget awareness and the ability to monitor cost and schedule impacts.
• Experience delivering federal and commercial construction projects.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience managing ground-up construction and renovation projects.
• Background in retail, interior, tenant improvement, office, hotel, QSR, or restaurant construction.
• Experience working on mission-critical or high-profile commercial facilities.
• Leadership experience mentoring field staff and coordinating workforce planning.
