What You'll Do
•Assist the Superintendent in managing daily construction activities.
•Coordinate subcontractors and daily jobsite operations.
•Support project scheduling and progress tracking.
•Monitor jobsite safety and OSHA compliance.
•Participate in inspections with building officials.
•Coordinate deliveries and material staging.
•Maintain project documentation, as-built drawings, and surveys.
•Communicate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and the project team.
•Help ensure projects remain on schedule while meeting quality standards.

Required Qualifications
•1–3 years of commercial construction field experience.
•Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
•OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain).
•Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency using an iPad, email, and Microsoft Office.
•Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
•Willingness to travel daily to project sites.

Preferred Qualifications
•Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
•Completion of a construction trade school program.
•Experience with Procore, PlanGrid, Microsoft Project, EarthCam, or similar construction software.
